08/15/2009 The Board of Directors of the Musicians Foundation mourns the loss of their esteemed President and leader, Anne Bigelow Stern. Her love of music and her unwavering support for the welfare of musicians is legendary. For over twenty years she guided the Foundation in its mission of helping musicians and their families in need. We express our sincere condolences to her son and family. Our memories of her intelligence, candor, warmth and generosity will long survive her passing and will be an inspiration to the Foundation as it shapes its future without her.
